Hello Ermelo! đWe had such a great time hanging out with the Bokamoso kids in Ermelo, Mpumalanga, at the end of July. They were so engaged as we shared a message of having hope for their lives. We read the story of Peter walking on the water and stepping out in faith, and trusting Jesus. We played some fun “trust” games and asked who would like prayer to have more hope for their lives. Unanimously all hands shot up; living in a poor township, where the hardships of life are often experienced, it was so good to be able to share with them that God is a God of Hope and pray for them!
We were also thrilled to be able to pray with five or so children who accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior and connect all the children with a local church. It was also wonderful to be able to provide all the kids with warm, cozy blankets, food parcels, and other winter goodies.
We are immensely grateful to all those who partner with us to make these special days possible – days of bringing hope and salvation to God’s precious ones! đ
